Order Cancellation/Modification Policy

At Chez Pierre, we strive to provide the best shopping experience possible. However, once an order is placed, certain limitations apply regarding cancellations and modifications:

  1. Cancellation/Modification Window: Customers have 1 hour from the time of order placement to request cancellation, modification, or carrier changes. Requests outside this timeframe are not guaranteed to be accommodated.

  2. Tracking and Cancellation: Once your order has been assigned a tracking number, it cannot be canceled or modified.

  3. Office Hours: Our offices are open Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm. We are closed on weekends/holidays and during inclement weather when it is unsafe to travel.

  4. Confirmation Email: You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed. Please review your order carefully and contact us promptly if there are any issues.

  5. Customs and Taxes (International Orders): For international orders outside of the United States, please note that we are not responsible for any delays, VAT, or customs fees that may apply. These additional expenses are the responsibility of the customer, and we do not refund for any taxes or import charges.
