Overview

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time but we are working to expand to additional countries in the future. We will update this policy accordingly when international shipping becomes available.

Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum order value is required.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery Timeframes

We aim to deliver all orders within 3 to 5 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, the carrier, and other factors outside our control. Please allow additional time during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Carriers and Shipping Methods

We ship using multiple carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier and shipping method selected for your order will depend on your location and other logistical factors. We reserve the right to choose the most appropriate carrier and method for each shipment.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an automated confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also track your order at any time through your account on our website. If you have any issues locating your tracking information, please contact us at cs@chezpierre.us.

Shipping Delays

Chez Pierre is not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or any other circumstances beyond our control. All delivery timeframes are estimates only. If your order appears significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and around your property. If you are still unable to locate the package, contact us at cs@chezpierre.us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will work with the carrier to investigate. Chez Pierre is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Chez Pierre is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at cs@chezpierre.us. We will do our best to correct it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order is in processing.
