RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to love every Chez Pierre fragrance you receive. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process subject to the conditions outlined below.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must not have been excessively used. As a general guideline, bottles that are more than approximately 30% used will not be accepted for return. Chez Pierre reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to assess the condition of any returned item and to accept or decline any return request.
To start a return, contact us at cs@chezpierre.us. Do not send items back without first receiving authorization — unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We do not refund original outbound shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. Chez Pierre is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. In such cases, we will cover return shipping and resolve the issue through a replacement, exchange, or full refund at our discretion. To report a damage or issue, email cs@chezpierre.us with your order number and a photo of the item and its packaging.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
- Sale items purchased at a discounted or promotional price
- Gift cards, whether physical or digital
- Items that have been excessively used (more than approximately 30% consumed)
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before initiating a return.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get the item you want, return your eligible item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order separately.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a destination within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without providing justification. To exercise this right, contact us at cs@chezpierre.us within the 14-day window. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Please note that if the product has been used beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we reserve the right to deduct an amount reflecting the diminished value of the item from your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or declined. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at cs@chezpierre.us. We do not refund original shipping costs.
